「to→md」（以下「本アプリ」）は、渡部光雄（以下「開発者」）が個人で開発・提供するmacOS向けアプリケーションです。本アプリは、PDF・Word・Excel・CSV・テキストなどのファイルをMarkdown形式に変換するツールです。開発者は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。

収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者に関するいかなる個人情報も収集しません。

• 氏名・メールアドレス・アカウント情報などの登録は一切不要です。
• 利用状況の分析（アナリティクス）、広告、トラッキングは行いません。
• クラッシュレポートや診断データの外部送信も行いません。

ファイルの取り扱い

• 本アプリは、利用者が変換のために自ら選択・ドロップしたファイルのみを読み取ります。
• ファイルの変換処理は、すべて利用者のMac内（ローカル）で完結します。
• 変換結果は、利用者が指定した保存先にのみ保存されます。
• ファイルの内容が外部のサーバーやインターネットに送信されることは一切ありません。

ネットワーク通信

本アプリは、いかなる目的においてもインターネット通信を行いません。 オフライン環境でも全機能が動作します。

第三者への提供

本アプリは情報を一切収集しないため、第三者に提供する情報はありません。

OCR（文字認識）について

スキャンされたPDFなどの文字認識には、macOSに標準搭載されたApple製の技術（Vision / Live Text）を利用します。この処理も利用者のMac内で完結し、画像やテキストが外部に送信されることはありません。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

Privacy Policy

"to→md" (the "App") is a macOS application developed and provided by Mitsuo Watabe (the "Developer") as an individual. The App converts files such as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and plain text into Markdown format. The Developer deeply respects your privacy.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information about you.

• No registration is required — no name, email address, or account.
• The App performs no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
• No crash reports or diagnostic data are transmitted externally.

Handling of Files

• The App only reads the files you personally select or drop in for conversion.
• All conversion processing happens entirely on your Mac (locally).
• Converted results are saved only to the location you choose.
• The contents of your files are never transmitted to any external server or the internet.

Network Communication

The App does not make any internet connections for any purpose. All features work fully offline.

Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App collects no information, there is nothing to share with third parties.

About OCR (Text Recognition)

For recognizing text in scanned PDFs, the App uses Apple's built-in technologies in macOS (Vision / Live Text). This processing is completed entirely on your Mac; no images or text are sent externally.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not collect personal information from any user.
